Rūta Mardosaitė
Rūta Mardosaitė lives in the village of Ūdrija, Krokialaukis municipality. She learned this trade as a child from her older sister. She knits intermittently, using cords or wax. With her colourful, patterned gloves and socks, she participates in fairs not only in the Alytus district and the city, but also in Vilnius, Kaunas, Lazdijai and Marijampolė.
