Guitarist club

The Simnas branch has been training young guitarists musically since 2012. Jonas, the guitar teacher, says that the idea to teach the young people of Simnas the secrets of guitar playing came up spontaneously while talking to the young people of the town during events. In ten years, about fifty young people have been trained to play this stringed musical instrument independently. Some of the pupils have graduated from the guitar club and continue to pursue their musical paths on their own.

In 2022, seven young people are learning to play the guitar in the Simnas branch. As the leader Jonas Kazakevičius says: "There are many talented students in the group, but today I would like to single out Irūna. I think she will soon be able to join the newly formed vocal instrumental music group in Simnas. Irūna is not the only talented student who has picked up a guitar and is striving for musical development in this group".
