Svirtis
The folk dance group of the Miroslavas branch was founded in May 2004. At the beginning there were four pairs of dancers, later, since 2006, the group consists of eight pairs of dancers. Since 2010 the group presents itself as a senior dance group "Svirtis". The group consists of people from different professions who want to maintain their national identity in a fast-paced and modernising society.

Key achievements of the collective:
In 2007 participated in the Song and Dance Festival "Būties ratu" in Vilnius;
2010 International Folklore Festival "Subata vakarėly..." held in Simnas;
2018 - Song and Dance Festival "Vardan tos..." in Vilnius;
2019 - Alytus City Birthday Celebration "Vainikas soscinei", The Days of Dzūkai and Dances Festival in Alytus;
2021 Folk Dance Festival "Narpulynė" in Santaika, etc.
The ensemble pays special attention to the presentation of its native land and concert activities. "Svirtis" dance Lithuanian folk dances, prepares thematic concert programmes, participates in various celebrations and dance festivals.
The group's composition changes, and when some people leave the group, new and enthusiastic people join the group. Although the participants change, they try to keep their traditions and cherish them. Rasa, the leader of the group, says: "Anyone who loves dancing, socialising and travelling is always welcome in our group".
