Children's Easter afternoon at Pivašiūnai Craft Centre

The Easter traditions of the Children's Easter are like a replication of Easter itself, but this celebration focuses on children. This tradition was repeated in the afternoon "Children's Easter" on 14 April at the Pivašiūnai Craft Centre. A group of little visitors played games, rolled Easter eggs, baked yeast rolls together with Stase Čižauskienė, the head of cultural and educational activities, and tasted them with fragrant maple blossom tea.
The other part of the programme was creative, with ceramist Rita Gegužienė. The children learned how to decorate ceramic eggs and tried out different colour combinations.
